Magic has been revealed to the world.  Boston, Massachusetts has become a nightmare for Magi - those who can harness this power.  The fear and suspicion, held by only a few, is likely to spread. Two months ago, Zane Thomas had to sit and watch as the Governor of Massachusetts announced the execution of his mother and friend.  Ten other Magi were killed that day, and the announcement was answered with applause.  Zane has to decide where his life will go from here.
