The Winter of 1959 is here, and Dean Winchester meets Castiel Novak at a party.  When Dean finds out Castiel is gay, and quite literally has secrets up his sleeves, how will he react? For Dean knows he is most definitely straight...

I got this idea from a roleplay I was doing on Supernatural Amino. It's almost the same thing with some changes. We didn't intend for this to be a story so, yes, lots of Twist and Shout references in here.

Now Cas was overanalyzing, and overthinking; why was Dean being so distant to him all of a sudden? // this is a destiel au (alternative universe) with lots of sabriel on the side. there are no monsters, no demons, no angels, and especially no wendigos *audible wink* in this fanfiction. there are no deaths, no self harm, no triggers I know of, mild swearing, and no smut (except it's hinted). if there is anything that bothers you with this fic, please message me. also if you spot any mistakes or triggers, again, message me. if you would like to leave constructive criticism, please do because that will be very... constructive.
