Those who were given the talent for magic were called Magic Technicians. The National Magic University Affiliated First High School; from the moment one is enrolled in the school, honor students and the irregulars have already been marked(those who have the emblem on the shoulder of their uniform are honor students known as "Blooms" and those who don't aren't and are the irregulars known as "Weeds") even IF they are new students. Upon enrolling in the school, both Itsuka Kurumi and Itsuka Kotori, the twin sisters, decide to join in with everyone else in the school to see if there was anything to take their boredom away. As the twins were on their way to their new yet seemingly interesting twisted journey, they bump into Shiba Tatsuya and Shiba Miyuki along the way. What will happen when Tatsuya suddenly catches feelings for a certain someone? Will he be able to admit that he... loves her? Or will he stay quiet and be the same Tatsuya who only has doting feelings for his younger sister?
