| Reborns sound like a fairy tale. Getting a second chance at both life and family by being brought back to life by a stranger well on the cusp of death. No way. Not only that but now being a never aging, never dying creature with heightened senses and magical gifts? Not a chance.

At least that's what Kit Mitchell would tell you. If she could, but she can't because she just got shot by her sleazy boss in the parking lot of the equally as sleazy bar she works at. What Kit doesn't know though is that this isn't the end, but rather a very peculiar beginning.

| Now if the concept of Reborns is crazy enough, imagine running from it? A second chance, a loving family... all the glorious spoils the life has to offer? Anybody reborn would tell you that it just doesn't happen.

But it did, because Tras Nom ran. Ran away from their loving mother, sister, and father. Ran away from their home, and their culture. And they have no intention of returning to it, not when they can continue to live peacefully with their best friend Castro.

That plan though is about get turned upside down when Castro brings an abandoned Kit home with him.

Thrusting Kit into a whole new life and Tras back into the life they swore they'd never return to. Not only are the two trust into it, but they seem to be at the centre of a plot greater than either of them can imagine.

In a whirlwind of love, action, family, devious higher powers and destiny it's hard to imagine how either Tras or Kit will make it out in one piece.

rated: m for mature. includes light nfsw, violence, swearing, mentioned homophobia / transphobia (briefly though), and past abuse.
