In a futuristic, Utopian society, just about everyone uses government made narcotics that evoke emotions such as happiness, peace, and empathy. This creates a society where there are no conflicts and no war. The main protagonist, Prescott is a 16 year old boy who has always followed these rules. He soon finds interest in a mysterious girl, Brianne who does not take the narcotics. He gets to know her and finds out that she optionally does not take them because she finds it inhumane. Prescott soon stops taking the vials of narcotics and begins to experience emotions such as sadness and anger. He realizes that this "perfect" society is completely flawed. Brianne and Prescott then go on a mission to eliminate the mind washing of their society.

As part of her plan, Hope will save humankind and Earth, then later in the future will save her. After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity. In his journey he finds a friend, Evans an optimist person who will literally change his life forever.Complete
