The Capitol has been rotting inside out and the people of the Capitol have been too brainwashed to notice. Though there are a few who have noticed, their numbers are still too low to be recognized, therefore they banned together to form a revolutionary army. This army was separated into different tribes, and are tasked to do different tasks.
One tribe stands out the most, for all of them are skilled assassins who posses unique weapons known as Oracion. These Oracions are weapons that contain different unique traits and characteristics, they were made over 100 years ago when the Capitol was at it's peak.
Those assassins of the tribe known as Dragon's Peak are just as unique. Each has a past to carry with them as they fight towards a new nation, they all have a certain glint of hope that they will indeed live to see the nation rebuilt. Their struggle is a hard one and once almost all hope is lost, a new form of hope emerges.
