Doing nothing at all, it creates pain. 
I don't mean sitting around the house, I mean watching people and knowing people are facing war and you have little power to do anything, so you feel you are doing nothing 

She was Natalie Ernessa, growing up in a violent household and having to move away with her mother into a near by city named Renessa, was pretty damn hard.
Then things become worse, not only for her, but for her country and specifically her past city. 

It was under attack and Natalie was not one to slouch around in an occasion like this, 
She was a fighter.
