Welcome to the year 2090 where the Earth shakes frequently and Mars rains. The nation has changed in the past 90 years disorting the means of freedom and life. Districts are formed according to the elements of the honorable Periodic Table. Citizens are to wear a certain code of color everyday or suffer the consequences. Violators are executed followed by the First Commandment of the nation: "Never be intimate with another without being under oath in the efforts of controlling population growth." This world has gone out of control making this Earth a new form dictatorship lifestyle. Propell, the main character, and her rented daughter take on the defeat of her unruly, powerful father who has kilt her brother for violating the First Commandment. Justice is for all, and Justice is what she is longing for.
