"What in the world is that?" John asked. "I don't know." Megan replied. I just stared at it. "I have to figure out what it is." I said to myself as I started walking towards it. "Umm.. Elizabeth. Whatcha doing?" Millie asked. I didn't answer. "Elizabeth?" Megan sounded slightly concerned. i turned around. "I'm going to figure out what it is ok?" I snapped then turned back around and continued on. I heard some whispering going on then Camille asked me, "Do you mind if we come with?" I turned around and smiled a little. "Of course I don't mind." We all continued again in silence. The closer we drew to the glow the brighter and bigger it became. When we reached the oak tree our flashlights went out. "What in the world?" I asked myself. "Didn't you make sure they had batteries?" Megan almost shouted, because there was this humming noise that somehow we hadn't noticed but now it was really loud. "I did." Edward replied. I banged my flashlight on my hand. Nothing. Megan opened her mouth to say something but I motioned to be quiet. "Come on." I mouthed. and we all rounded the big tree carfully even though the glow gave a lot of light. When we were at the back of the oak we saw this round portal thingy in the back of the oak. There were very strong winds but they didn't seem natural and before any of us knew what was happening we were sucked up into the portal thingy.

After some time, when the round table was just established and knights went out on patrols, they eventually start talking about events that have happened in Camelot so far. One day, some of them mentiones how Merlin always seems involved. Which is why Gwaine made it his mission to make Merlin the travel Cryptid. Why is he stealing dresses? How come he suspects someone of treason and the next day they find them dead with evidence of their treason around? After some time of this game called: connecting the dot's it becomes a thing. Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.Complete
I miss me
They try to run but there's no time. We try to hide but there's No TIME. when I was a kid, I tried to learn all I could but now I wish I could lose it all. <TW: As I lay here choking on my blood I stare at the heavens and ask for one last ray to see me off. As the rain washes my blood along the earth, being soaked in by the hungry land. That day something was different, something changed in me. A new light shines deep within me, my torso once in two now slowly becoming one as black tar slowly stitched me back together. The greedy land soaks up my blood, now not a drop lies in my body but the gods are ready as the earth slowly starts to reach for me taking me to its restless lands replacing my blood with tar. ^ This fic is a combination of a BBC's Merlin set in the future/ current times but it's more of an Adjacent timeline to ours, OC insert, and a bit of Arthurian myth set in the modern day. This is my first story so sorry if it's bad Even though it's an OC insert it can be read as a self-insert. OC's name is pronounced as Z-AYAH (Zaya) TW -bad writing - gore - gay? - no real sense of time - I'm a big fan of angst - I ship Lancelot x Gawain as well as Merlin x Arthur. The Bond Between Fall & Winter (Jack Frost X Reader!)
"Come on mom and dad!" The ten year old says as she pulls her mother and father further into the forest. "Honey, it will be here all season, no need to rush." Her mother spoke. "Yes, you must learn to be patient Aury." Her father states. The little brunette starts to slow down. She now walks a normal pace between her parents. "I'm sorry mom and dad, I'm just excited. Its been a whole year." The girl explains, Her mom snickers. "We understand sweetie, but it just finished turning anyway. Its only the 3rd of October." Her father also explains. "Otherwise known as my birthday!" She exclaims. Her mother and father giggle. "Look, there it is!" Her mother points to a big Sugar Maple Tree with leaves colored with vibrant yellow, burnt orange and strawberry red. The girl's hazel eyes fill with excitement, she jumps up and down and runs to the big tree. "It's as pretty as ever!" The little girl says happily. The child hugs the tree while her parents smile. They walk up to her and kneel down to her height. "I know we've been coming to this tree for 4 years now Aury, but you know if you ever feel sad especially during the fall, you can always hang out under this tree." Her mother says, the little girl smiles. ♡♡♡ Aurelia Jones and her parents go to that tree every fall for her birthday since she was six. That very tree is only one of the many reasons she loves fall. She doesn't have many friends so she doesn't care about birthday parties. Her mom and dad always adored her imagination, when they told her about Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and everyone else, she believed it immediately, always had and probably always will. *Another Jack Frost x reader! "What of this thief I hear that has hidden themselves in The Lands of Luxury?" I say. Rail lowered his emerald eyes towards the horizon. "Have you thought of my proposal?" Rail asks, avoiding my question. He had asked me many times to become his protector and leave the True One. Of course, I always say no. It pained me to see the hurt in his once peaceful eyes. "You know my answer." I whisper. I lay my hand on top of his. There was always a spark that clouded my mind when I touched Rail. I pull away, dropping my eyes. "This was a wonderful gathering, Rail. Thank you, but I must return to the True One." I begin to light the room with my silverlight overpowering Rail's golden blaze, getting ready to flash. "Wait! Stay to find the thief. Please, Aderes." I'm hovering over the floor. Rail grabs my hand, and the shock brings me back to him. I lower myself and let go of him. "I will stay until the thief is found. Then I must return to the True One's heaven." I try to smile at Rail to calm him. It works. His green eyes linger on me as I walk away from the balcony and return to the gathering. *** After meeting Jay, Sarah's father is killed, which causes her to accidentally tap into unknown powers. Sarah begins to learn the truth about who Aderes is and how Sarah herself is connected to her. But most importantly, she learns who's been lying to her since the beginning.Complete

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive.
