Panem is in ruins. The districts are beginning to simmer down. But one last Hunger games has been requested. With the capital's children. Everyone knows President Snow had a granddaughter, so it seems right that she should compete. The names are picked and the games will go on. But what if Katniss's example reached farther than they thought? What if the capital's children were not so blinded as everyone assumed? What if heroes can come from even the worst families? Even from President Snow's? Surely not.
