Kate loved her normal city life, enjoying everything that her home had to offer. But things got a lot less normal when she met Daniel Wode. Though after getting to know him him she discovers he has some not-so-legal ties in the criminal underbelly of her city. When she is pulled into the underground network that "keeps the city alive" Kate wants nothing more than her normal life back. But once you enter the underbelly, no matter what you can't get out.
