What's Done in the Dark
She's just staring out the window. I just stand and watch her not sure exactly why I'm here. She turns and finally looks at me. We stare into each other's eyes and it's at that moment I can see the torment in her gaze. As she looks at me I can see her lips trembling and her eyes becoming watery. I rush over to her and wrap her in my arms before the first tear can fall. I hold her as she cries into my chest. 🐉 Nicolette's marriage is falling apart and she has no clue how to fix it. She does know that there are secrets that can tear apart their fragile foundation. Logan's ex broke up with him about a year and a half ago and now wants to resume their relationship. The thing is he has eyes for someone else. When all of their lives come crashing together from the secrets done in the dark who will be left standing in the light. 🐉 This is my first story on Wattpad. I will try to update once a week if not twice. I have the majority of the story written and what's not written I have a general idea of what direction I'm going in.
