O mundo já não é mais o mesmo. Há 3 anos um meteoro atravessou nosso céu, por pouco não colidiu e destruiu nosso planeta, porém, um resquício de sua radiação nos atingiu- nós, mulheres, homens e crianças- e isso mudou nosso destino para sempre. Julie é uma das que foram atingidas pela radiação do meteoro denominado pelos cientistas Asuno, e apesar de levar uma vida normal e razoavelmente fácil com o poder que adquiriu a muito tempo, isso acaba com a chegada de um grupo de jovens que farão de tudo para ter a atenção dela. Logo após a passagem do meteoro, os cientistas pensaram que a radiação não causaria dano algum a população, porém - por sorte, como alguns deles pensam- ela causou uma mutação genética em algumas pessoas e isso vai ocasionar uma série de experimentos nada agraveis. Os cientistas que trabalham para o governo vão caçá-las, estudar seus dons e esconde-las do mundo, a única esperança para os atingidos, é se juntarem e lutarem para derrubar aqueles que os caçam.

The story's Universe - 7 trillion light-years, approximately 78 times the size of our observable universe and 252 times the size of a Hubble sphere - provides more than enough civilizations to present dystopias that can serve as warnings for the future - ideally in the style of 1984, A Brave New World, or Fahrenheit 451, - as well as utopias where we find A.E.I - Artificial Emotional Intelligence - along with futuristic ways of understanding childhood, education, and life itself.
