This is the story of both the rotten parts of life and the growth that results from the wisdom gained from adversity and pain. You are holding my heart, soul, and life in your hands. Treat it kindly and gain from its lines whatever you seek; comfort, reassurances, a sense of commonality.
It has taken me years to come to terms with my past and it is still a struggle to this day. It's okay though. I am growing, I am changing, I am learning, I am yellow flowers.

Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences.
