Aline has always dreamed of being a Dreamweaver, or in the very least a Traveler. Ever since her mother told her stories of jumping to and from Earth to collect the dreams of humans to power the kingdom, she had been set on a path for the rest of her life.
Once she achieved her dream, she came to realize that being a Traveler is much more dangerous than she had made it out to be.
With the constant rumors of the tyrant Johan returning, bringing an uprising with a group called the Dreamlooters, the kingdom is in trouble. With infighting on the horizon, Aline found herself befriending a questionable fae and dragging herself, along with her family and friends, into the fray.
When Aline started to piece together something she should've never learned, she found she has to protect herself from becoming a major target of the Dreamlooters and the Iron Tyrant Johan himself.

There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment.
