Astrid Hofferson, and a seventeen year old highschool student, who battles through everyday pain and depression from the constant bullying. Not being able to stand out causes her to shut down and blame herself for not being good enough. She harms herself believing this is what she deserves, until Hiccup Haddock finds her outside the girls restroom after hooking up with his girlfriend. He is reminded of a dark past and helps her become stronger and love herself, but helplessly begins to love her too.
Warning: Depression and Self harm is included.
