The story starts out like literally every story. Some orphan kid loves to read and he is abused. Woah! Nobody saw that one coming! I could sit here and say "but as the story unravels" or "but dig a little deeper and..." or even go with "but this boys life is about to take a turn for the worst" but why do that? You have heard it all before. Here is a grabber for you... the kid lies and gets raped by his stunningly beautiful caretaker who also happens to be Satan in human form. He then says "fuvk it" and gets his books and... books it(pardon the pun)... he doesnt fall into wonderland. he does some hardcore drugs and then shit happens. So now you can pretty much skip the first few chapters but hey. Dont be a dick. Read the damn story. Its my first story, mkay?

There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment.
