Spark Off ✔
Ranked #121 |Dec 5, 2017| That night changed his resolve. A yearning that was always there, soared. His daughter always reminded him the woman of malice, forcing his tongue numb. The woman who owned him completely by shooing him away, made his life wretched; she was a forbidden fruit. He was terrified of everything because he stopped living just for his daughter, from that night!مكتمِلة

It Happened One Night ✔️
First published on India Forums as "Winning Her Back", this short but sweet tale takes place after Adi's accident case. Ishita has forgiven Raman for his duplicity, but she no longer has any expectations that their marriage will ever be anything but a compromise. So she settles back into just being Ruhi's mother, and the Bhalla's daughter in law. Raman, on the other hand, has realised how much he loves Ishita, and makes a plan to confess his love to her. His plan? To kidnap her. He is assisted in his endeavors by Mihir and Mihika, but Ishita is not having any of it. Will Raman's plan succeed? Will Ishita forgive him, and accept his love? What happens on that stormy night? Read to find out. My first Ishra story, originally written in 2014, and rewritten for Wattpad as an eleven part short story. Some dialogues in Hindi - English translations provided Based on the characters from Indian television series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, and unashamedly influenced by every romantic cliche ever read, heard or seen.مكتمِلة
Connected: A YHM Story ✔️
Four separate souls -- Raman, Ishita, Ruhi, and Adi -- in four separate cities; but somehow CONNECTED. How? Read to find out.... Ishita Iyer has been dreaming of a life as a dentist, wife, and mother, but destiny plays a cruel joke on her, as her dreams are shattered by her fiancé Subbu right before their engagement. She moves to Delhi with her family, searching for the remedy of her broken heart, only to find happiness in the most unexpected place. Raman Bhalla was a blessed son, brother, husband, and father, only to have his world destroyed by his wife Shagun after five long years of marriage. Cursed with a scorched soul and burned by the weakness called love, he flees from Delhi, only to find peace and joy in the very place he left behind. Disclaimer: This is my retelling of the iconic show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein." I am a huge fan of the initial 1.5-2 years which were telecast at 11 pm. Those initial days of YHM are the inspiration for my story. I attempt to close loopholes and expand on relationships and character conflicts that were insufficiently addressed on the show (in my opinion). The characters here are all the same as in the original show. The only difference is that Simi's husband and Ananya's father is a guy named Pulkit. Both Simi and Pulkit are good people and happily married. Param is not a character in this story. If you are unfamiliar with the original characters, please refer to the family trees added with the trailer. Although the story and premise is different, I will be recreating certain tracks that could have gone better in my opinion (Ishita's infertility; custody trial of both Ruhi and Adi; Mani's entry and Raman's jealousy; Ishita's insecurities regarding Shagun; IshRa pregnancy track and Pihu's birth). Please feel free to leave comments or feedback, if you like. I hope you enjoy reading! ❤️😊 [Note: English Translations have been added in italics.]مكتمِلة
Biwi Ho Tum Meri ✔️
Raman and Ishita's relationship has hit a dead end. They love each other but he just won't admit it. So when he goes to Mumbai in a huff after Ishita brings Shagun home, their families decide to take matters into their own hands, and force a confession. Yet another short but sweet confession tale, full of cliches, based on a concept by my friend Paru. This story was originally written after the incident where Ishita brings Shagun to their home after she finds her drunk on the road. An Ishra fanfic. Based on the Hindi television series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Some dialogues in Hindi. English translations provided. First published in India Forums. Faasle ✔️
She had made a fool of him, betrayed him. He had broken her trust, betrayed her. And each had done it for the other. Their love was indisputable, But is love enough when there is no trust? Does the desire to protect triumph over actual wounds bestowed? She had left him. But he had found her. The question was - would she go back to him? And if she didn't, would he survive? Starting at the end of the bhooth/crocodile track, this story assumes that Ishita was chased out of their home by Mrs Bhalla after Raman was poisoned by Sarika. When he recovers and finds she is missing, he looks for her, finally coming to Simla, where she is working as a locum, to confront her. Read on for their bittersweet reunion. Seven part short story Based on characters from the Indian television series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Some dialogues in Hindi - English translations provided.مكتمِلة
