Lilly was taken into a world of danger and belief in vague prophecies when she was 18 years old and learned she had a completely different identity.  A year later, after enduring many dangers, falling in love, and learning to use her new magic skills, she finds herself thrown into a dark cell and held prisoner by the evil Queen Marasen.  The King of Dorstrum wants her for himself and struggles with the Queen to possess her.  While captive, Lilly tries to figure out a way to escape while also learning more about this dark Queen and how her powers have grown beyond the borders of Fannon.   Lilly has little time to escape and a lot of ground to cover if she is going to warn her friends in Fannon and the human realm of what is to come.  The dangers of the Queens cell take a toll on Lilly and she finds herself in a predicament that will change everything for her.
