It's the year 2092, and the earth is quickly becoming uninhabitable. In efforts to save humanity and advance technological innovations, Pandora Haze Corp. has been creating colonies across the solar system, one being Venus1 Colony. But something has gone wrong, and because of it, I, Specialist Five, and the rest of my team have been assigned to go there and find out what has happened, and why there hasn't been any communication from the 600 person colony in months. Without changing a person's personality, undergoing the Alteration perfects their appearance, IQ, and even their immunity to diseases. No human passes the age of sixteen without being Altered. In the blink of an eye, things change. An ominous message is sent out to all of those below the age of sixteen, providing precise instructions that suggest they flee. Simultaneously, a deadly virus starts to spread all about the world, attacking only the Altered -- every human over the age of sixteen. The virus eats at the modified human brain, and soon the Unaltered begin to realise that the Altered are losing their minds. Home is no longer safe. Friends and family turn on one another, losing control of their own minds and bodies. The Unaltered aren't safe. Even if the virus isn't attacking them, the ones with the virus are. Set on a pristine, futuristic Earth, this is the apocalypse like you've never seen it before. (Rated mature for graphic depictions of violence and mild language.) (This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. She will understand what it's like to become apart of the Zykard.

Far, far, FAR, into the future, and I mean, like really far into the future; some stuff happened. The world ended, but that was a long time ago (don't worry about it). Humanity had no choice but to flee into space and then we came face to face with the same age-old issue: how are we going to pay rent this month? I was literally about to sell my organs, but then I discovered a better solution: crime. Time travel somehow got involved in the mix, honestly, I'm a bit foggy on the details. Time travel's complicated, okay?! It all started with this guy Robert. He messed up at work. And I mean, he really messed up. Normally you'd just get fired, but he knew too much. He didn't just need to disappear, he needed to be erased. That's where I come in. Me and Ronnie were gonna kill him, but like, consensually. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense, but it will. Bear with me. We did it, alright-it was easy. Whoops, spoilers. It was everything that happened after that that really threw us for a loop I got stuck and I couldn't get unstuck. I forgot a lot of things and it took a long time for me to remember, but then I forgot and it happened all over again. And again. And again. And again. I told you time travel is a mess.

BEYOND THE END by wierdnameright

This is the story of humanity, sculpted into immortal bodies by the "Commonwealth of Nations" using nano-biotechnology, gradually realizes the emptiness of a story without an end. When stepping off Earth, stepping onto the cold Moon and onto the giant ship H.O.P.E., carrying with them aspirations for a paradise on the surface of Mars. But the differences between planets ignited the "Greatest war of humanity", creating the darkest seven hundred years of human history. Then from the ashes, people found each other again, becoming the pattern screamers of an unforeseen consequences. UNIMIND acts as a healing force in a broken society, connecting humanity together in the post-war period, but in this vast universe, it seems that not everyone is so trustworthy. Humans with their stupidity are still not satisfied with immortality, always looking for ways to escape their own "final destination", and they will have to pay the price for daring to play with Death.

The Hawaiian Special Forces by WingedPanther73

This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!

I have an outline and I worked hard to come up with a compelling and consistent story line, but due to the nature of the story (timey whimey stuff!)
