After being attacked and shipwrecked on an unknown island in the Pacific, a mixture of sailors, civilians and convicts find themselves faced with the possibility of never being rescued. In a land with no rules and no responsibilities, man begins to show his true nature, and what appears as a paradise quickly becomes hell. In a world without law and order, can civility survive? Is there a balance between good and evil? Or are we all born with the same, intrinsic darkness in our souls?

The Lord's Darling Pirate Queen - A Peter pan/Captain Hook retelling by RiverHeartWriter
46 parts Complete
Jane, a small, fearless girl, who had been abandoned by her parents at the age of six, took up the role of protector for the children who had also been left behind. She protects the younger ones from the cruel Matron who rules the orphanage with her cruel cane and even crueler hands. One night a fire starts, killing the Matron and leaving the children with nothing. Jane takes charge at age 12, leading "her lost ones" as she calls them, and they set sail, naming her Captain Hook for her daring grappling hook rescue. No longer a girl, the pirate legend has grown over the years, as has the merchants pouches of gold. They continue to plunder, finding paradise, when they decide to sneak into a noble's ball. There she meets Lord Peter Hawthorne, they banter, dueling with their words, sparking a sizzling tension and new romance between them. But how can a noble lord and pirate queen find a way to be together, when their lives are worlds apart? Find out in my new story: The Lord's Darling Pirate Queen - A Peter pan/Captain Hook retelling. Also short chapters ahead, but still I hope you give it a try! Also this is a historical fiction, romance book, but there will be no smut, and nothing more than a kiss at the end, so if you have a problem with this, please read something else. At least that's what is taught now a days, the world government managed to take and Iron clad hold thanks to the schools they began to build around 500 years ago. They've covered up a lot about what happened during this great pirate era, most of what is taught about it is that no one was safe from random attacks. Things became more complicated once quirks began to appear around 300 years ago. For awhile the world government seemed to associate these quirks as devil fruits, a foul tasting fruit that would grants strange powers at the price of losing the ability to swim in the vast sea. Alas Reaserch conducted by these quirk users seemed t oconfirm they are indeed seperate from devil fruits. For example a quirked human will retain their ability to swim but have different side effects of their quirk that could even be harmful to themself. Heck most people now adays believe devil fruits to be merely a legend, only whispers exist of them still being out their. In any case pirates still exist even in this great peacful era, there are still men who oposse the rule of the world government, and men who simply have dreams that the refuse to compromise on to this day. Out of the worlds population only around 50% of humans will develop a quirk. Humans are not the only intelligent species either. There are the fishmen though now a days they can be pretty rare to see as they prefer to stick to the sea and avoid the world government as best they can. There are also stories of people who live in the sky, though the world government hasn't confirmed or denied the existence of these people My hero acedemia is owned by Kohei Horikoshi and One Piece is owned by Eichiro Oda.

Through thick and thin the Law shall prevail. A new sense of purpose awaits us, children of light, in the land where it all began. The darkness in which we once cowered in fear, now curbed by the might of our endless light. Come, brothers, come, sisters. Let there be peace among the wicked, just as the Law dictates. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. Don't let the radiance dim and don't let the mind turn bleak. Wake, young traveler. Bid thy farewells and burn thy bridges. It's time to say goodbye, curly head. Cross post from AO3. For a shorter and more on-point description, look no further! I had something silly written up before throwing it out in exchange for that wall of text upstairs. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Anyway, it's quite lengthy, but hopefully enjoyable? Slide a comment if you want, I'll give you a tiny kiss on the forehead. Man, do I love comments. (Lastly, to point out, English is not my native language, but I don't think it'll be much of an issue ;3)

"I take a very hands-on approach to Godhood. The Pantheon chooses stagnation, I choose action." "You are...different, Neptune. You speak of humans as if they are your equals it's intriguing, I must admit." "I am glad to have been some form of entertainment, Miss Swann. Mortals are always easily entertained. It's one of the reasons why I find such interest in them." "I could never imagine that I would meet a god. But now that I've met one, I have to admit, you aren't like how most gods are portrayed..." ~~~~~~~~~ Neptune. A name that means "Water", and is the name, of the God of the Sea, the guardian of the waves, and a symbol of the Sea itself. Long ago, when the Pantheons came together to build the Earth, when the Seas came into existence, mankind sprouted from the seeds that had been spread. Almost immediately, after the Pantheons had retreated to their own domains, a schism appeared, dividing them. Those that chose to not interfere, those that demanded submission, and those that saw mankind as their equals. Neptune, saw mankind as an equal to him, and thus, eventually split from the Pantheon, choosing to intervene in mortal affairs, and perform his duties from earth. And in the early-1700s during the Golden Age of Piracy, the God of the Sea...met Captain Jack Sparrow... So what will happen when Jack's most loyal companion, who also happens to be a God, steps into the Pirate world that Jack thrives in? Will it be a struggle through the darkness? Or will it truly be a game... Of Pirates and Gods?... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I DON'T OWN PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN OR ANYTHING ELSE. ALL RIGHTS GO TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.

There were humans when I was young. There were big, burly Vikings who could break stone boulders with their skulls. Little, scrawny humans who were smarter than the rest, using inventions to their advantage. There were those who traveled the seas in hopes of finding uncharted lands. And there were those who hunted dragons such as myself with the hopes of riches... or conquest. But now? We've left. Hidden under the sea and stone, where only the few who are left that believe of our existence. It's once said that when the ground quakes, or lava spews from the earth, that the time is soon for our return to the surface. Whether that means peacefully or not is unknown to me. For my soul was reborn through plasma, and my body to be reforged through crystal when............[error, text unavailable] (This story is for entertainment purposes only. any pictures or videos do not belong to me unless said otherwise, this includes characters)
