Birthright: A Phoenix is Born

"This is your legacy, Damian. The legacy you inherit."

"As the next Phoenix."

These words sparked a shift in my life as an Irish teenager. I went from the unknown guy at the back of the classroom, chased by bullies and dumbstruck by love, to the only hope for a nation I've never heard of. To top it off, everyone around me moves for a different reason. And I can't tell whether it is to kill me or not.

What can I say ?
