Endangered Love- A Yuri!!! On Ice fanfic; mermaid AU

Viktor Nikiforov had always had a weird feeling every time he goes to the beach; like he's being watched. For as long as he could remember the feeling never wore off and only occurred when at the beach. For years he had decided to ignore the feeling but recently it's all he could think of as the sea seems to keep dragging him back to it. Now he thinks he might be going insane.

Determined, he sets out to find out what (or who) has been causing this feeling, but his discoveries lead him to something he would've never expected.
