Skylar's life was completely flipped upside down six months earlier. Now she feels alone, she never talks to anyone except for her three best friends Alec, Rebecca, Olive. Skylar is depressed, but she hides that from her friends, she also hides her addiction from them.

There are two weeks left of school and Skylar decides to invite her friends on a road trip. But everything changes when she meets Ryan before they leave.
