[CURRENTLY BEING EDITED] Clara is a simple girl trying to survive. Her new life finds her among roughly 50 boys in the glade. There is one, however, that makes her life less chaotic. Newt. They develop a love that knows no bounds, and together, they will face the ultimate victory. Survival. This story is told from Clara's point of view but occasionally bounces to Thomas' point of view. This will follow the Maze Runner, Scorch Trials and Death Cure loosely so if you have not read all of them then there will be spoilers for you! If you haven't seen the movie or read the books then this will be confusing as I did not explain everything. Warning: Some chapters contain mature scenes and graphic language! Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters aside from Clara nor do I own the plot line. There are differences between this and James Dashner's amazing Maze Runner series but he is the one to ultimately thank! Also, none of these pictures in the chapters are mine! Escaping The Maze
Cleo (short for 'Cleopatra') wakes up in the Box and enters the Glade. Being the first girl, she thinks it understandable why everything comes to her slowly. That is, except her memories. She recalls things that none of the other Gladers have, starting with small things, such as songs that her mother used to sing to her. But as she spends more time in the Glade, she feels more and more like her time is running out. Newt helps her through some of these feelings, but after awhile, it stops helping. By the time Newt realizes what's wrong, it may be too late. When Thomas and Theresa show up, Cleo's resilience is put to the ultimate test...one that she can't cheat out of. Glader's Girls
We all know about Teresa, the one lone girl in the Maze. BUT what if two other girls were in the Glade first? And what if one was a small child, of only six? : × : Quinn has been stuck in the Maze for two years. She woke up with the boys, she's an original Glader and proud of it. And life hasn't been too bad for her, her brother is stuck in the Glade with her. The abundance of boys are all very cute, the work is mundane but the booze is great. But when a girl of only six shows up it throws everyone for a loop, including Quinn. Things start to get even more dire when the maze starts to misbehave; Gladers are stung during the day, memories start to surface, Gladers are attacking each other and friendships crack.
