Frost and Flame Burn are two twins who are crazy. Not mentally crazy, oh no, they just love doing crazy things and causing trouble. They just got expelled from of their 25th school for blowing up the science lab and spray painting the principal’s car a very bright pink. They have to move all over again. To California.
