Breathe in and out. Heart thumping in my chest. All I can hear is the blood rushing through my veins... I can still hear their screams lingering in the air. All of them gone. Dead. Hazel, Frank, Jason, Piper, Leo, Will, Thalia, Clarisse, Chris and A-Annabeth my best friend, that is not even HALF of the losses.
(I know this might be cliche but it's my first story and I enjoy these types of stories... Sorry for my bad spelling, punctuation and story writing that will ensue. You have been warned.)

Saving a Hero
((((COMPLETED)))) Percy Jackson is depressed and has succumbed to self destructive ways to release his frustration. Nobody notices a thing until Nico gets wind of his former crush drifting farther and farther away. Percy suddenly has new feelings for someone new, and he gets rejected by someone, but not who he thinks. He gets a quest and has to pick one other person from camp to go with him to rescue a friend. Percy gets cursed along the way and has to make it back to Camp to save a life. This story is about Percy self harming, and Nico helping him, there are mentions of dizziness, the feeling of starving, graphic self harm/injuries, blood, graphic thoughts of a person with depression, and probably something like psychological horror. If any of that makes you uncomfortable, don't read!!! I don't think I'm going to get any backlash for anything but if you comment, I'm probably not going to answer you! To the people who leave nice comments, I do read all of them and it is appreciated! this is my first published work, I just wanted to add something to this cool community and maybe live a little vicariously through the characters.
