Ethan Moiety had trained his whole life as a martial artist. It was what he loved more than anything, and it showed with the amount of time he devoted to it. The night before his regional championship, he got in a car crash, and his life was flipped upside-down.
After a fated car crash, he's crippled, paralyzed from the waist down. After being rushed to the hospital, he's told that not only can he no longer participate in sports, he can't use his legs. At all.
But that isn't all the upsetting news he receives. There are two growths along his spine causing his paralysis, but they aren't tissue, let along cancerous. They're bones.
Ethan finds himself turning inward, reflecting on what he did wrong to deserve this, but nothing can change the fact that he will never be the man he once was.

(Inspired by my own life story, well not completely) Senior year of high school is already starting off well for Tanner Gray, he's got his whole life planned out, and he can't wait to share it with his best friend and girlfriend. That is until he meets Autumn Blanchard, a shy and mysterious outcast he's known since Freshman year. She has to suffer from her disability every day, while at the same time dealing with the people who see her as the odd one out. But Tanner isn't going to let that happen, he will do anything to give Autumn the Senior year she deserves. This is no normal romantic story, it's different, it's unique. The devil in Matthew is a story about Mma, a graduate of the higher institution without a good job and money to give herself a better life found herself psychologically affected by the fact that she was still single at the age of twenty-nine. She endured series of mockery and heavy pressure from her mother about getting married. She got to a point where she didn't care about who the man was or what his life was enthralled with, all she cared about was getting married and getting her mother off her shirt. Even when she finally got a proposal from a guy that was once a childhood friend of her brothers, she wasn't convinced that he was the one but she said yes to avoid any more troubles with her mother. Her marriage was not what she had imagined it to be, her husband was a jobless man who lived with his mother. He actually got married to her because he thought she was from a rich family. He wanted a family he could live off. He didn't know that they didn't have all the glitters and riches and they were living in their past glory. He was patient enough with her. He tried all he could to hide his real self. After the birth of her daughter, they left town to make a better life for themselves that was when the real devil in him unleashed. He became unbearable, he beat her, and he sometimes threw her out in the cold and brought different types of women into their home. Even when she tried to develop herself, by venturing into a business, he tried all he could to wash it down the drain. She was torn between staying in the marriage and running away when she lost a pregnancy due to his battering. She wanted to leave because she was scared and she was scared of leaving because of what people would say about a woman leaving her matrimonial home. At this point in her life and for the first time, she was going to make a decision for herself without caring so much about what people would say about her.Complete

Keep in mind that you managed to fill those cracks in your heart with pure gold so that you can pick yourself up from the ground below and mold yourself into genuine art that has now become a beautiful piece of broken pottery. Gemma was your normal sun kissed skinned teenager. Who was living her life. Living la vida loca. Believing in the "yolo" principal until one day a tragedy knocked on her door and turned her life upside down. Now with a broken heart, a messed up mind and a blacked soul she must face her everyday life once more, she has to face school, battle friends and harsh words and a bigger brother too Lucas is your normal Spanish mafia kind of looking guy who was living his life to the fullest and working at a cute little coffee shop. There he needs a girl and is taken aback. He is completely awestruck by her beauty and her ability to play the guitar and get lost in a melody that she creates. However reality hits and he becomes disappointed when he knows that he will never see her again until her decides to show his true potential and transfer to an AP math's class and at the back of the class sat his angel. Lucas has some demons as well. Fighting an horrid past, a personality disorder and then another hardship hits him. He has bad chemistry grades and must in list the help of the schools smartest girl but this condition comes as a price. Is Lucas willing to pay? She was ice and he was fire. Caleb
Caleb is definitely a troubled child. Alone, with nothing going for him, he attempts to take his own life but fails at his first attempt. He desperately wants to try again but is put under constant supervision, especially by his new doctor, Dr Palmer. Dr Palmer becomes more and more involved in Caleb’s life, trying to help him see that his life is worth living through various methods. Eventually, the two build up a trusting and understanding relationship and Dr Palmer allows Caleb to do things that his parents would have never have let him do so soon after something so tragic. Caleb gets his life back on track, enrolling at college and even meeting a girl whom he used to know as a child. The two of them begin to date each other, and everything seems great for a while. That is, until Caleb remembers the reason that he tried to commit suicide in the first place, revealing a secret that shatters his new found confidence. As things at home begin to deteriorate too, Caleb’s situation goes from bad to worse. The only person who knows the truth, Dr Palmer, leaves him to stand on his own two feet, declaring him cured. He starts back at college full time, and becomes ever closer with Stephanie, the only person whom he feels that he can trust. When his own father attacks his mother, Caleb begins to think that the police are on to him, trying to unravel his past, thinking that they have realised what happened to cause him to try to commit suicide. However, they are just trying to build a case against his father. In desperation, Caleb tried to reach out to Dr Palmer, against the advice of his mother. As his life spirals out of control, Dr Palmer makes him realise that the only way he can carry on is to come clean and reveal his secret. In a shocking final twist, everything is revealed to be not what it seems, and Caleb finds out that he will be ok, no matter what happens to him.Complete

Yes, his bullied because of his sexual preferences which means his constantly bullied by the popular kids at his school who mock him. He tries as best as he can to ignore them but it's getting harder and harder to do so when they're always cornering him. But will that stop when a certain fighter steps in? Ethan Gonzalez, a 18 year old UFC fighter, is one of the youngest fighters in the world. He holds more titles then he can count on one hand. His life was somewhat perfect. He had the most supportive parents, his younger sister idolizes him but after his girlfriend of two years suddenly dumps him, Ethan is determined to not let another person in who will only break his heart. After his last fight, Ethan decides to take retire from fighting and returns to school. His first day back and everyone is already trying to be his friend due to his celebrity status and though he enjoys the attention, he soon realizes that life was more important than any title. When he meets a certain boy will his vow of never letting another person in, break or will he keep it? It's only a matter of time before Noah and Ethan cross paths and their lives to be flipped upside down whether it be a good or bad, it all depends on how they see the world when they meet.Complete
Blue Belt
Matt was a track star like his brother, but everything changed following his Junior year of high school. His girlfriend Kris along with one of her friends were killed in a head on car accident involving a drunk driver. Even though Matt was in the car with them he somehow survived. After the accident nothing seems the same for Matt, and despite finishing out his senior year, his motivation to move forward is gone. Desperately in search of something new, Matt turns to a martial arts school that his best friend had recommended. Set in the beautiful beach town of Oceanside this first person narrative focuses on key experiences that Matt goes through during his first year of training. The novel takes the reader on a journey following him as he struggles with the demands of karate training, as he deals with new relationships surrounding him, and most importantly as he learns to live with the memories of the accident that while becoming more clear, still haunt and hold him back. The variety of people he meets as part of his training, some more eccentric than others, push him to try and answer the call; including the "beautiful" brown belt Cammie, who helps him try and fully face the memories of the accident. The idea is to showcase the world of hard core martial arts and integrate it into the challenges of overcoming serious trauma. It highlights how the power of being a part of a community in the fascinating world of martial arts can be surprising, challenging, yet transformative. With the advent of a series like "Cobra Kai" I believe there is interest in coming of age narratives that are set within the sometimes bizarre and mysterious world of martial arts. I personally love John Green's work and hopefully there is at least a taste of what he offers in terms of intensity and depth of character. The following "tags" I think would fit well in trying to describe the narrative : coming of age, drama, tragedy, karate, kata, fighting, romance, and recovery.Complete

"You're unbearable!" He kicks her with utter contempt. "Please tell me where I'm wrong, causing you discomfort was not my intention," she said crying, causing him to hit her against the ground again. "Do you think you can live with good intentions? Didn't you have all the time you wanted to change and learn? You still dare to ask for more!" He yells at her with hatred, he blamed her for being the one will cause a woman to be beaten; He didn't want to be that kind of man. However, what he lived with her caused him to bring out what he hated the most about himself from within. -Forget it love- said a woman who was next to her- it's not worth it- this dog was supposed to be her friend, she was supposed to support her just like she did; however he managed so that he and she hated each other and thus be able to steal it. The woman on the floor does not know how much she was framed and harmed by her naivety, nor did she know that this was the beginning of her misfortunes. Because of that woman she did not stop suffering, wherever she went she suffered verbal or physical abuse and everything was orchestrated by this woman; she didn't know until she was about to faint. "Why?" She asked this unarmed woman without knowing why she hated him so much. She never did anything to hurt him. She just laughed viciously without answering him, she didn't have to waste her time with an insect; leaving La to die imprisoned in the house where she was kidnapped. "Answer me!" She got up from her bed screaming "Eh? This looks like my room; Did I reincarnate myself in the past?" She ran to the bathroom just to see that her assumption was correct. She thanked the heavens for this second chance by promising that she wouldn't be fooled a second time.Complete
