Ethan Moiety had trained his whole life as a martial artist. It was what he loved more than anything, and it showed with the amount of time he devoted to it. The night before his regional championship, he got in a car crash, and his life was flipped upside-down.

After a fated car crash, he's crippled, paralyzed from the waist down. After being rushed to the hospital, he's told that not only can  he no longer participate in sports, he can't use his legs. At all.

But that isn't all the upsetting news he receives. There are two growths along his spine causing his paralysis, but they aren't tissue, let along cancerous. They're bones.

Ethan finds himself turning inward, reflecting on what he did wrong to deserve this, but nothing can change the fact that he will never be the man he once was.
