When Evelyn McCabe was only six days old, her mother died of ammonia. Her father was broken. Of course, Evelyn had no idea. For years, Charles McCabe spent his life at work, making endless amount of money and barely getting any sleep. Nannies raised Evelyn for him, he barely acknowledged her existence. But, when Evelyn turned six, things changed. Daddy spent less time at work and more time at his female coworkers houses. He would spend the night and Evelyn would remember hearing her father sneaking in the house early in the morning before he left for church. Every night it was a different woman. Then, Evelyn learned she had five other siblings by the age of thirteen, Sarah and Brendon were from one woman that Evelyn remembers her father talking about quite often. Raphael, Rosalina, and Jada were all from different mothers. This hurt Evelyn, but she knew too well he treated them like he treated her, like they didn't exist. She would be lucky if he even said hello to her when he came home. Then, she started noticing that he went on one too many business trips to America. From one of her maids, she learned her father had a whole other family with two children there. Finally, Evelyn was broken. She managed to get her father to put her in a boarding school. He liked it because he could stay in America for months and not have to come back for anything. Evelyn followed her fathers footsteps and ended up throwing herself at countless amounts of guys. People found out, word got around, and she was bullied. Lost, she went to live with her aunt in Westichire, England where you'll go on her journey to find a new, loved, Evelyn.
