Nasya Anderson, our narrator, takes us back to her life, telling us everything that lead up to her death. She was an outsider. She wasnt the popular girl, she didn't like to be the center of attention, unless it was her father's.
She "killed" her father whom she had a strong connection to, he was a librarian, which is where she gets her passion for books, reading, and writing. Her mother hates her, but she shouldn't. She wants nothing more then to be a normal girl, living a carefree life as she did for nine years, but her inner body changes make it impossible. Will she survive the guilt of killing her father, her mothers bad aggression, and her inner body's demons? or will she die wishing she could live?

The story talks about a girl named Radhika. she has a mocha colored skin, dark red hair, dark blue eyes, and a figure similar to Angelina Jolie's when she was still in tomb raider. Her life started out grand; two loving parents, a house in the suburbs, tons of friends; all in all it was a great life. But when Radhika turned 10 life turned upside down. Her parents started arguing non-stop which led to a divorce. Her mom got most of the custody over her and her dad left town to pursue his lifelong dream; being single. When Radhika turned 14 her mother passed and she moved in with her dad. that was when she started becoming mental. Radhika felt like the whole world was against her and she had no one by her side. One day Radhika tried to kill herself in the janitors closet with some cleaning supplies and poison. Before Radhika even had the chance, the person she thought was her only friend opened the door and told the entire high years Radhika was mental. or was it suicidal? after Radhika's dad found out what had happened, he took her to a new town and they began their life in a new town.Lengkap

If I had to choose one word to describe my life in a nutshell, I'd choose...Hell. My dad was arrested for buying and selling drugs, my mom stopped caring for and about me when he was taken away. The only person who cares about my wellbeing is my grandmother. And she lives in a nursing home. Plus I'm bullied at school. EVERYDAY. Sounds a lot like hell if you ask me. It's because of the way I dress, the way I act, the type of music I listen to. You name it, they judge me on it. I don't really care what people think or say about me. I just want to be left alone. Garnet is a very quiet and mysterious girl. She doesn't have any friends, so she spends most of her time at the nursing home with her grandmother. She's very grateful for the love her grandmother gives her, but she's starting to want something more. A different kind of love. She never thought that anyone could give her that kind of love. At least not until she met Micah. Micah really likes Garnet, but she just doesn't believe it. Micah and Garnet become really good friends. Until feelings are revealed. CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. Meet Adrianna Robertson the bad girl is what people call her, when she was younger her mom left her the day she was born with her controlling father. Adrianna parties and gets drunk and smokes all the time. One day she just can't stand staying with her dad for any longer and goes to her neighbor Daniel's house till her friend picks her up. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I hope you like the book, there is going to a mild amount of swearing and lots of drinking and smoking. Everything is made up beside the state they live in. I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys."
