After her parents' deaths Channell Sauvignon experienced it all. In a few short months she had lost the home she grew up in, the comfort of money she had often taken for granted, and almost every other thing that had some substance in her life. Including her best friend.

Taking up a life on the street, Channell finally looks for a future that doesn't require watching her back every minute of every day. But what happens when she becomes reacquainted with a dominant someone who she felt abandoned her?
