Trapped in Deluzia

Sue 'Stalker' Campbell completes his daily route down the streets of Boston like every day. He heads through an alley to meet a men in big white cars in expensive suits and sells them foreign cigars in fancy velvet boxes. Though his mother doesn't like this attitude, she can't argue with the fine stacks of hundred dollar bills that plop onto the dinner table at the end of each month. Though sues work keeps him occupied, it also keeps his concentration away from school, which makes him forced to attend summer school. Though not for having bad grades (As he's never gotten less than an 80% on an exam before), but rather for truancy. Along with him there's an acute girl he's also had a crush on, and a scaly, slimy snake, that he's never seen before. The snake makes both of them a nice offer, one that the girl accepts in a heart beat, and sue denies without second thought, though in the end, they both have to comply. What is this offer? Why does the girl accept and Sue deny? Where might the snake take them or give them?
