When Nick receives a pocket watch from his grandfather before he dies under mysterious circumstances, questions are asked. Questions, Nick, finds out, that he doesn't have answers to. For instance, why would his grandfather give him a watch that doesn't even work? And why, when Nick winds it up, does he hear odd little whispers? Paired up with the unlikeliest of allies and thrown into a century long feud between two legendary enemies, Nick must fight to survive.
