Iris a descendant of one of the survivors of a nuclear war that shook the entire world 200 years ago. She wants to escape the confines of her home and explore the land below when a mysterious man shows up at her doorstep to help her escape and fulfill her desires.
Where will this lead the two of them?
This is a short story that I wrote for my creative writing class. I'm just posting it on here because I want some feedback to better my writing in the future.
So just give me some polite tips/pointers (no cursing or insults please and thank you) on what I need to fix/sounds off and I'll be a happy camper.

The Perfect Human
This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out.
