Why is Harry Potter not a unique creation?

WARNING: If you have no feasibility of the nature or the existence of Harry Potter or if, similarly, you are a crazed fan of the books (as I once was) I would suggest that you refrain from reading this. Here I embark on a journey to educate the world of the truth about J. K. Rowling. She stole virtually every miniature and massive feature of her books from, yes, J. R. R. Tolkien's trilogy: "The Lord of the Rings". Rage and fume about this declaration all you wish and disagree and find evidence to contradict it - I am very open to comments and debates. However, for those individuals whose opinions I do turn around, I invite to join me in this outrageous protest. Let us rise against the angry mob and not be swept aside, for we carry justice with us. The Ranger And The Prince.
Sapphire is an orphan elleth whom was brought up by dwarves in the Mines of Moria. Now she wanders the wilderness of Middle-Earth as one of the most skilled rangers ever known. With her skill with both bow and blade as well as the axe and daggers, she is sought out by Lord Elrond to attend a meeting of all the great races in Rivendell. There she meets Aragon, an old friend or hers who is a fellow ranger and she also makes the acquaintance of a dwarf, an elven prince, four hobbits, a wizard and two men. Along with her trusty wolf companion, Nasha, and her horse, StarLight, Sapphire is swept up in a quest to save Middle-Earth. She forges long lasting friendships with those around her and finds herself getting close to the elven prince even though they start as rivals. This is a Legolas love story but if any of you have read my other fan fictions then you know I love character development and so this is likely to take a long time to get started. Also, I know there are like a billion fan fictions with the same plot, that being a female elf who is part of the fellowship and ends up falling in love with Legolas. I know every fan fic is basically that plot repeated over and over again but I just said, 'what the hell, if you can't beat them, join them' so I made this.Terminé
Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings
This story is using characters and places from both the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings universes. If you know either 1 or neither of these stories this will probably not make any sense to you though you might still enjoy it. Further more please bare in mind my spelling punctuation and grammar is not the best so please excuse it. Finally if you enjoy it please let me know so I know to make more. For these stories I am not including 19 years later or by extention the curse child. I also tweaked some of the lord of the rings universe to suite the story. I don't have the time to list all of them but you should probably know the significant ones: Frodo was now 13 at the beginning of the events of the lord of the rings rather than 50 and he went to the undying lands when he was 14. Hobbits can now be of magical blood. Half-Blood, Pure-Blood, Muggle-Born and Squib. Sam, Merry, Pippin and Rosie are now all the same age as Frodo. Middle Earth is east of America and South West of UK. All people's of Middle Earth of magic born are sent to Hogwarts as geograficaly it is closest. Hobbits are slightly taller than they were before as otherwise it would be a little odd. And some other things I changed from Harry Potter are: Their is a wizarding university now. Harry and Frodo's parents were friends as they also went to hogwarts. Voldemort and Bellatrix were never a thing so no Delphini. Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw were a thing when they were alive. (significant later in the story) I also invented new characters for this story. Liv is now 19 years old and is asked to join the Fellowship a second time because Sauron is not actually dead he is alive and has created another Ring more powerful than the original will she help Frodo this time or will she leave.
