After years of hiding demons are rising up in the human realm and helping other demons to escape from the supernatural realm to rule over both humans and shifters. Jinx and Ember, unaware there even was a supernatural realm or demons in general, stumbles upon a demon attacking some humans in an alley by a club. This appalling discovery sets off a challenging journey for the sisters and forces them to uncover dark secrets about themselves and the society in which they live in.
