Estella Rodriguez, typically known for her overly-flamboyant personality, was just like any other high school senior. Her grades were mostly decent; and she was headed in the direction of her dream college. Plus, she had her charming boyfriend, Nick. Everything, including life itself, seemed to be going perfectly. What more could a girl need?

Now, meet your polar opposite, Adam Prescott. Pessimistic about most things he encounters, yet still managed to befriend Stella and accordingly became one of her only friends. The pair did everything together, just like two peas in a pod. Well, that was whenever Nicholas Becker wasn't breathing down his neck. He was attractive, sure, but he didn't seem to take a liking to Adam. Of course, he kept his back-talk to himself for Stella's sake. Still, they just do not get along.

When the trio are paired up in a month-long school project, things may not all go exactly according to plan. A theatre performance, worth a quarter of their grade, of all things possible. Bottom line, one thing was certain. They weren't going to get much done.
