That feeling of peace and all your problems drifting into space melting away, 16 year old Luke soon learns that being alone is not always a pleasant feeling. When he wishes to be left alone upon a wishing well he soon discovers being alone isn't such a nice feeling. As Lukes mind slips away from reality he's losing sanity. after coming back from the hospital for 2 week check in your best friend sykkuno invites you to play with him and his friends you agree coughing your way thru the stream somthing starts to happen your coughs become more frequent which is normal due to your cancer ridden self but somthing feels really wrong till you collapse but thank god he is here but will it ever be normal sense you got the bad news ,will he love you for the way it is or will the worst end everything , sometimes death could be the thing that makes everything better ( very smutt book and sad) IT WILL MAKE YOU CRY BADLY don't worry or maybe you should?
