I'm not like Stine's monsters he created....at least I don't think I am. I'm basically just a Dummy that looks like Annabelle, (like in the cover) I do live with R.L Stine's house but I usually don't appear at daytime.
I have my ways around the place tho. Stine warned me about a dummy he calls "Slappy" I don't understand why he doesn't want me to meet a new dummy? too shy, perhaps? it doesn't matter to me though, I understand he might not wanna talk. i'm shy too! Hell, I hide in the vents when people come. Well, enough talk, sit back and relax have some popcorn or soda and enjoy the book! :)

She set the flower on the table and took one last look at the puppet - and gasped when Slappy winked at her. That was enough for her to freak out. "Ah!" Shelly screamed at the top of her lungs. I felt myself become flustered at his gaze. "Uh, Yeah, Thanks." I stumbled out, "You're not mad?" I ask. His expression turns to hurt as he crinkles his eyebrows. "Why the hell would I be mad?" He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them.
