Lockdown 》 Containment
"There are chords in the hearts of the most reckless which cannot be touched without emotion, even by the utterly lost, to whom life and death are equally jests, there are matters of which no jest can be made." - Edgar Allan Poe, The Masque of the Red Death. Forty eight hours they say. Don't worry about it they say. Liars. It's been days since that virus started spreading. Days since I've been locked down with my best friend and her school kids. We're stuck in here. Only two options. Finding the cure...or wait for our death. [Jake Riley/OC] [Disclaimer: I do not own Containment, only Amelia Artemisia]Complete
Divine Singularity || Reader x Murder Drones
Every force in the universe has its opposite. It's a law of balance, the inevitable pull between creation and destruction, light and darkness. For every Batman, there is a Joker. For every act of good, there is an answering evil. The same applies for all powerful, eldritch entities seeking to destroy all life. Tessa, searching through the drone graveyards once again, manages to find you, an anomaly with a mutation in your code that rivals the solver. To Cyn, you are her antithesis, her opposite. Where Cyn revels in the idea of cosmic extinction, you stand as her counterbalance, a divine force driven by one purpose: the protection and preservation of life at all costs. Thus would begin the long rivalry between you and Cyn, the divine being versus the eldritch entity.![[DISCONTINUED] White Eyes || AvM/A Apocalypse AU](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/368234600-256-k829611.jpg)

Death is only the Beginning (EDITING)
The Wildfire Virus. That's the illness the eggheads have called dubbed that has spread alarmingly fast all over the world. No could figure out at first how and where it came from or how even spread so quickly. I was on leave, visiting brother in Boston when the infection hit. Yesterday, the world was normal with its own conflicts. The next, millions get sick, hospitals are overwhelmed, and any sort of space was converted into a makeshift hospital to handle all the sick. On day 2 the sick died and awoke attacking the living. I tried to get out of the city, but the military closed off every major access point and now I'm trapped within, along with millions of undead. I must get out of the city with any means necessary. Winner of 28 awards including: Unknown Story, Best Cover, Random, Voted King of Action, and Voters ChoiceComplete
