After all of the drama of Empire Enterprise stopped, each of the Lyons took their own paths to start new lives. But, living their normal lives gets turned upside. When Cookie, Jamal, Hakeem & Andre are asked by Lucious to come back to New York. Because within the 5 years, Lucious put his mother back into a mental hospital by her request . But when he tries to her released which does happen. But, after they come back to get Lucious' mother ( Leah) released, she is found dead a couple of days later. But not even that , all the Lyons are blackmail by an anonymous alias who goes by L.L. Join the Lyons on this crazy adventure.
