My name is Cassy woods I am 16, I have always been the quiet one, avoiding the spotlight, trying my best to stay out of trouble. Now in a world devastated by death and disease thats the best thing to do. ~~~~~~~~~~ Two years ago a disease broke out, killing people.. however it didn't stop there it brought the dead back..... But they weren't the same, they killed and ate anything that moved. The government decided to bomb the cities most infected to slow the spread, but that just made things so much worse. That's not what I fear though, what I fear most is the people who are left. I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. It didn't take much to figure out he was the abuser with the way he was holding her arm tight enough to bruise. I tried to diffuse the situation, told him to calm down and let her go. He didn't like that. In the end I got shot and died. Then I woke up in a small and dark space and freaked out. Then I get pushed out only to cry and realize I'm a baby. Oh, but not just anyone's baby. I'm Miranda and Grayson Gilbert's baby?! In 'The Vampire Diaries'?! What the fuck is happening?! Broken. I'd say that's a good way to describe me. Even as the world fell to pieces, I still desperately tried to collect mine, hoping that maybe I could put myself back together. But when the world turned evil and dark, and insanity fell upon the innocent, I had no choice but to build a new Beth. A new girl. That way, no matter how many people I was forced to kill, I wouldn't shatter. Excerpt: The mistakes of your past will affect your future. I've figured that out over the years of mistakes I've seen bleed from my parents. I don't really know how to describe the consequences of those mistakes, because you can see them all over my body. You can see the bruises from the beatings and the pain flashing in my eyes. It's the classic case of man dies and has the option to live again. But most of the details are already figured out, and all he has to do is roll a die, make an avatar, and wait. [ok, so. I was on an app, that will be unnamed (just in case). Scrolling through videos on my fyp when an edit of tonraq came up, and since I hadn't seen the show in a long time, I forgot how much I liked this character. Then all of a sudden I was like "What if I just. . . stick him in DC?" Yung Justice to be exact, and this will be the result!!
