My name is Jeremy Greywolf Gunter, and for this short story contest, I present to you the a three part poem. In this poem lies a tale of the dreams that we as humans make and the hopes for these dreams to come true, only to have our desires blurted out by reality. As you read this poem, ask yourself: can we catch the stars if we reach far enough? Or does the sky we stretch out to only limit us to how far off the ground we stand?

I dedicate this piece to #thirteencomets; she has astounding talent. Respect.
