Aurora was left alone as a child for unknown circumstances and put in an orphanage. When she was 5, she was picked up by a man testing out knew technology. The man used her for testing while promising her that she would be let go with enough money to start a life, along with the finished product. She never knew why the man chose her, considering she was 5. 10 years later, the man finished making all of the necessary tweaks and fixes and sent her on her way with a new VR augmentation system, and the first game made for the platform, Society of Guns, to play. In there, a glitch happens and everything heads to ruin.

Then, VRMMOs were introduced on the 18th of August and they were the new trend in society for gamers. Reitsu was very excited but all of the required equipment to play the game was sold out and he spent a week sulking in his room or in the corner of the classroom (he was forced to go to school), until he felt better.
