In the year 4000, where all technology has advanced to all areas of the world, the human race lives in a full scale Utopian society. Single rulers and hierarchies do not exist due to the use of representation. Representatives from each nation come together to make decisions. Each year a new representative is selected based on qualifications and then dismissed once his or her time is up, and the cycle continues on. This rotation is to ensure peace and prevent corruption from powers serving long term succession on a representative throne. At this point in time, destruction cannot penetrate the peaceful barrier that surrounds the Earth...unless if there is one who may think otherwise.
