Inside his country is a massive number of dangerous monsters so no one would ever try to trespass to his country. Only few are chosen to be able to enroll to his school for the school guarantee that every student will have their power or powers depends on their skills and work. 20 Electus per school year! That is the maximum number of students that is allowed to enroll. Every Electus is from a different country and once they enroll they will be their countries representative candidate for The title of a Guardian (a graduate student of the school after having a lot of powers that makes him/her strong and powerful that they can slaughter a whole country by their own) One day his faculty members betrayed him due to greediness to be powerful, his trusted faculty members made him sleep and remove his memory and threw him outside the country. He made a rule that you may get what power you want but you need to kill the wielder. No one knows his face, He is a masked man. He was thrown going to the country of the Philippines and then a farmer there unmasked him and saw a young handsome teen ager behind the mask. The farmer adopted him
