College.
College is where you are supposed to find yourself, find the things that motivate and drive you. It's a fresh start for everyone. College can either make or break you, and some people can only take so much. Its a different world out here for everyone.
Lies will be told, hearts will get broken, and skeletons will come out of their closets. But that's life right? Sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches.
Everyone has a past, but you can't let what happened in the past define you or your future because you're hurting your future before you even give it a chance.

Life often presents itself as a series of hurdles, each one taller than the last. These hurdles, though daunting, are not meant to break us but to shape us into who we are meant to be. It is through our darkest nights that we gain the strength to face the dawn. It's when we are at our lowest, feeling like the world has conspired against us, that the seeds of resilience are sown. Every tear shed in frustration waters the roots of perseverance. Every sleepless night, spent grappling with doubt and uncertainty, serves as a silent testament to our inner strength. It is in these moments of struggle that our character is forged, like steel tempered in fire. The sweetness of success is not found in the absence of hardship but in the victory over it. The taste of triumph is more profound when seasoned with the bitterness of the journey. It is this contrast that makes success not just a goal but a celebration of the human spirit. In the end, it is the hardest times that give flavor to our achievements, making them not just milestones but moments of profound personal growth. Through pain, we learn endurance; through failure, we find resolve. And when success finally comes, it is not just a destination reached but a testament to the journey endured. ◉‿◉

Bittersweet
|| COMPLETED || I want to be ready for college, but I'll be leaving everything behind. I don't want to forget my mom, my friends, or the memories made. Then again, I want to move on, run away from the heart break following me. I want to be free, I need to be free. For everything that I know, college could be a restart for highschool. A time where I don't make mistakes or where bad things don't happen, but I know they will. Though focusing on the negative won't lead me anywhere. Sadly though, that's all I ever learned to focus on. Learning things about my family that disgust me, learning about family members I didn't even know existed. It's all new, like morphing into a new body, you have to learn how to control. Sadly I don't know how to control myself, I can't control my emotions. I want to be ready for college, I am. I'll be leaving everything behind, but I need to escape the pain. ☆☆ Disclaimer - Read my first book 'Reality Hits Hard' to understand this book before reading it. Welcome to high school... or more like, my personal hell. Where I'll be judged on my appearance. Where the drama will fill my head with anxiety. Where I should be worrying about schoolwork, but I sorta won't. Where I probably won't love the people around me. Where my heart will be broken multiple times. Where I will fail the big test I studied for all night. Where I will spend most of my day wishing I was elsewhere. Where I will make friends and enemies. Where I will get into fights and learn painful lessons. Where six valuable hours of my day will be wasted. Where I will see a lot of people that I really don't want to see. Exactly that. Everyone is concerned whilst you are still at school... then all lights are left on you and your future. There are enough stories about during school with romance. bullies. Insecurities. This one is everything wrong with the aftermath. And how I'm still dealing with it. Along with that... it's sort of a diary for me.
