Benji Stephens just can't seem to understand why he is the way he is. He is referred to as "the problem child" to many, including his parents and friends. From the way he acts, it would seem as though he has no control of his emotions. And if you were to sit in a classroom with him, you'd know that that seems to be true. He's sassy, loud, silly, talkative and crazy to most, but most nights, when he's home by himself, he just forgets how to feel and breaks down.

No one knows of Benji's late night breakdowns, and just as it seems that no one ever will, along comes Kyle and suddenly he's turning Benji's world upside down.
