Something strange is going on at Lincoln High School. Lately, a lot of teens have disappeared. Boys and girls, first years and older, but the only thing they seem to have in common is their school.
Then, one day, they come for Sage. In the middle of the night the kidnappers try to take her and Vincent to what they later discover is the Mermaid Factory. Sage tries to engage the police, but only few seem to believe her.
Can she convince people that what's going on isn't just a major series of coincidences? Will she save Vincent before it's too late? Or will she herself be taken away before she can achieve these feats?
