Every person has their secrets, even if it's that your hair is actually brown, but you dye it blonde all the time so no one notices and you can fit in. Everyone has a whole other life behind closed doors. What a person looks like on the outside could merely be a facade, and you could be fooled your whole life. Living in a small town doesn't leave much room for acceptance of differences, and Kaitlyn Walsh knows that. So she's a cheerleader. That spunky brunette who everyone knows and adores. She keeps the secret of her parent's marriage falling apart locked in a box deep in some labyrinth. She knew to be accepted she needed to seem perfect. Almost like the Greeks did with their architecture. From far away they were perfect, no flaws. But if you looked up close, you'd see the truth. Luckily for Kaitlyn, no one ever came that close. No one ever saw what was actually happening. So she kept her secret, and no one knew but her. That is until he came along
